The concave shape of the tip allows the remaining bone to be lifted gently towards the sinus cavity. This creates space to fill bone material during the internal sinus lift. This instrument comes in a straight version and in the F-LINE ROUND SOLID design. The diameter at the scaled area is 4.2 mm, which tapers down to 3.7 mm towards the front to provide a cone for better insertion.
